Developer Terms

Effective November 1, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you publish an app on Tinylib, together with the Terms of Service.

You agree to them before your first publish.

Your contact address

You give Tinylib a contact email address for your apps.

Notices we send to it count as given.

Keep it working.

Your apps

You keep ownership of your apps.

By publishing an app, you give Tinylib a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, run, serve and display it, and to show its name, icon and description.

The license lasts while the app is published, and after that for the people who already use it.

You are responsible for your app, and for having the rights to everything in it.

Your app’s name, icon and description must describe it honestly.

Tinylib may show its own screens and cards over your app.

If someone makes a claim against Tinylib about your app, you will cover the costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

What apps may not do

  • Your app must be suitable for people 16 and over.
  • It may not be illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing.
  • It may not scam people, phish, or pretend to be someone else.
  • It may not harm people’s devices or data.
  • It may not ask for payment.
  • If it shows people to each other, it must let them block and report each other through Tinylib.

People’s data

Use people’s data only to make your app work for them.

Don’t sell it, share it, or use it to track people outside your app.

Don’t put people’s data in error messages.

Removal

We may unlist or remove an app, or stop you publishing, if it breaks these terms or the Terms of Service, or if the law requires it.

We tell you why at your contact address.

To dispute a decision, write to abuse@tinylib.app.

Tinylib sets limits on apps and developer accounts, and may change them.

Pro

Pro is Tinylib’s paid plan for developers. Its price, and what it includes, are shown before you buy it.

Stripe sells Pro to you on Tinylib’s behalf, as the merchant of record. Your purchase shows as sold through Link, a Stripe service, which sends your receipts and handles your payment under its own terms.

Pro renews automatically each month or year, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time on your profile at tinylib.app, and Pro then lasts until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Link also lets you manage or cancel it at link.com.

Requests for a refund go to Link, which decides them under its own policy and the law where you live.

If you delete your account, Pro ends at once, with no refund.

We may change Pro’s price. A new price applies from your first renewal at least 30 days after we tell you at your contact address.

When Pro ends, your published apps stay up, and you can keep updating them. To add an app, you need fewer apps than the free plan allows, counting unpublished ones.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes.

You agree to the new terms before your next publish.
