Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Tinylib.

By using Tinylib, with or without an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account, or, if you don’t have one, by choosing Forget this device in Tinylib.

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use Tinylib.

You can use Tinylib without an account. Your apps, their data, and your rooms then stay on the device you use until you sign in.

You are responsible for everything done with your account, or with Tinylib on your device if you don’t have one.

Apps

Apps in Tinylib are made by independent developers, not by Tinylib.

Each developer is responsible for their app.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Tinylib.

You give Tinylib a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and show it, only to run Tinylib.

The license ends when you delete the content, except for what you added to a room, which stays with the room for the people in it.

What you may not do

  • Don’t break the law, or help anyone else break it.
  • Don’t harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone.
  • Don’t post hateful, sexual or violent content.
  • Don’t send spam.
  • Don’t use another person’s account or collect their information without their permission.
  • Don’t overload, probe or disrupt Tinylib, or get around its limits.

Moderation

Tinylib automatically refuses names that contain offensive words, and hides offensive words in notifications.

You can block anyone, and report a person or an app, in Tinylib.

We review reports ourselves.

For anything a report doesn’t cover, write to abuse@tinylib.app.

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account or a device’s use of Tinylib, if it breaks these terms or if the law requires it.

If you have an account, we tell you why at your email address.

To dispute a decision, write to abuse@tinylib.app.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Tinylib is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.

We don’t promise that Tinylib or any app in it will always work, be free of errors, or keep your data.

We may change or stop any part of Tinylib at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tinylib is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data or profits, or for anything an app does.

Tinylib’s total liability to you is limited to 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes.

If you keep using Tinylib after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
